SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Due to the high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow for additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you by email or phone. Products are only delivered to European Union (EU) countries by the courier company DHL and to Romania by the courier company Same Day.

Shipping

For Romania, we are offering FREE SHIPPING with SameDay courier company. For other EU countries, shipping costs are calculated on the order page before payment and may vary depending on your shipping address.

Damage

We are not responsible for any damage or loss of products in transit. If your order was damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. All returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them, with all original accessory tags and labels attached.

Returns and exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange. See below for more information on our return policy. Returns or exchanges can be made within 14 days with a valid receipt. Refunds or exchanges are not possible if 14 days have passed since the date of receipt. All returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them, with all original accessory tags and labels attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the refund or exchange. Please refrain from returning the product to the manufacturer. Please note that all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable method for shipping returns. If there is a problem, request a return AWB and we will arrange shipping. After we receive the return and check the condition of the item, we will process the refund. Please allow at least 14 days from receipt of the item for the refund to be processed. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.
